They formed Oriental DreamWorks together with some Chinese investors in 2012, and Oriental DreamWorks co-produced Kung Fu Panda 3 and Abominable together with DreamWorks' American branch (although by the time Abominable came out, the Chinese investors had already bought out DreamWorks' share and renamed the studio to Pearl Studio).
