This page shows how to install Office AFTER the license has been activated. It also shows a few other things you can do in the MyAccount site. Some of the answers can also be found in this FAQ, including how to “Share” your 365 Home subscription:

Select your version of Office below to learn how to activate Office: Activate Office 365, 2019, 2016, or 2013 Activate Office that's pre-installed on a new Windows 10 device Activate an Office purchase or offer that's included on a new Windows 10 device Activate Office from Workplace Discount Program Activate Office 2010 Activate Office for Mac

This issue occurs because Click-to-Run versions of Office programs or suites running on a server with Remote Desktop Services (RDS), must have Shared Computer Activation enabled. Remote Desktop Services are formerly known as Terminal Services. Shared Computer Activation is only available for Microsoft 365 Apps. Other releases are not supported.
microsoft office professional plus 2019 not activated
I have installed Microsoft Office 2019 on a machine which is not mine. It was only helping someone else. I have entered my Account only to confirm if all is OK, it activated correctly. I have not been aware of that this account seems to be permanently associated with that Key.
\n microsoft office professional plus 2019 not activated

I need to do a clean reinstallation of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016. Currently, Office correctly shows that it is activated with my Microsoft account, but when I log into my Microsoft account it does not show Office, or anything else, in my products. I'm worried that I will not be able to re-install Office.

The site displays what it says is the Product Key that I should be able to use to activate Office 2016. It also displays a button for me to download Office 2016 onto my new computer. The download worked and the install program apparently worked. Then Office wants to be activated. The choices offered are to activate it online or by telephone. 1. Close all Office applications. 2. Open the Control Panel and select "Programs and Features" or "Add or Remove Programs". 3. Find Microsoft Office 2019 LTSC in the list of installed programs and select it. 4. Click on "Uninstall" and follow the prompts to complete the uninstallation process. I also have two office 2019 product keys, one for Professional Plus and the other for Home and Business. I have installed Professional plus and activated it on one of laptops without any issue. When it comes to Home and Business 2019 on my other laptop, I have registered the product key against my microsoft account and installed it on my other Hi Jagdeep, I am sorry to inform you that Microsoft does not provide any Pro Plus version of Office on a retail basis, Pro Plus versions of Office were volume based and only provided to schools, universities, companies and other organisations, and paid for by subscription by the various organisations. wA1h.
