Hello, I'm a student of foreing languages, and I'm interested in Russian. Since I'm european I can play the game in EN/FR/IT/ES/DE, but I can't set any other language. Is there a way to add (maybe manually?) other languages to the game directory? (of course I don't want to buy a new key from a region I am not allowed to). Thank you very much in advance.
If it doesn't, your NVSE is not installed correctly. 1. In your mod manager, is the launch button button set to "Launch NVSE" or "Launch Fallout: New Vegas"? This button should be set to "Launch NVSE" if you haven't already done that. 2. Launching the game from your Steam Library "Play" button will not start nvse_launcher.exe.

If you buy the game in germany, only the ultimate edition comes with english language. For the base game only it says on the store page "german low violence version only available in german language".
