As you notice, monsters also have different elemental attacks/defense. Ascension always seemed weird to me, and it's why I haven't bothered with it until now. Going into deep prequel territory after the climactic insanity of God of War 3 seemed like a strange move, and the streaming quality of it on PlayStation's online network is really bad. So this time around, I got a cheap disc copy.
